     Water are also removes the impurities in the body, which will be faster out through the urine. For those who want to arrange any agency, drink warm water before eating (making it feel somewhat satisfied), is one way to reduce food intake. Moreover, the water contains no calories, sugar, or fat.However, it is best to drink water at moderate temperatures, not too hot, nor too cold.

     Water benefits not only to cleanse the body, but also as a substance that our bodies need. We may be able to survive food shortages in a few days of water shortage. Therefore, water is a major part in the composition of the human body.
